6 weeks with baby #2...HELP!

I'm 22 and just found out 2 weeks ago that I'm expecting baby #2. My son is 2 and a lot of what I'm feeling I don't remember! I've had a miscarriage before but never had any bleeding and don't know if I should be concerned or not...I've had stomach cramping, bloating, and diarrhea everytime I eat. Is this normal?? It's driving me crazy not to mention its super embarrasing  I don't think it's a miscarriage because I took a belly shot this morning and I definitely have rounded out since my last week's picture so I feel like baby B is growing!!
