So I have a high risk for gestational diabetes due to my insulin resistance so had to go to a dietician today. Well the concern is more on my LAck of calories. I do not limit my calories, I just get full EXTREMELY fast. I have never been able to finish a six inch sub from subway... And eat very little in general. I am not doing it on purpose and have tried eating more since being pregnant and I thought I was doing good but I guess not.
Any ideas on high calorie snacks that are semi low carb???? I need to add 600 to 800 calories a day
