recipe for work potluck?

I'm looking for a new potluck recipe to try later this month.  I'd prefer it to be an appetizer or main dish that doesn't take a whole lot of prep work (slow cooker recipes would be awesome).  Do any of you fine ladies have a good recipe like this that you've tried lately? I've been searching thru recipe sites but I'd rather go with something people have already tried and loved.  Thanks in advance!
