Hard spots on breast after pumping???

I usually pump every 3 hrs, but today I was busy and had to wait 5 hrs. My breasts were big, hard and full of milk. After pumping, my left breast was back to normal. It was soft and didn't hurt anymore. However my right breast still felt hard after pumping and had hard spots on several spots of my breast when I touch it. After pumping 3 times (9 hrs later), my right breast still has hard spots after pumping. Anyone know why? Do I have blocked ducts? Mastitis?
