Overnight Diapers

K has been sleeping 7 to 8 hours straight for the past 3 nights [knock on wood]. We've never had leaks or blowouts [knock on wood again] until now. She wakes up in the morning with the butt of her pajamas all damp and a soggy diaper. It's happened with both Huggies and Pampers. I've never even looked to see if they make special overnight diapers for babies? I've only really seen the commercials for older/potty training kids but I also have never really paid much attention. What do you all do?
