Pregnant again?

Last time i got pregnant my only symptom was hair loss... and i mean massive hair loss.  We found out I was prgnant at 9 1/2 wks. I never got a positive test, even at 41 weeks prego through a blood test. Mt periods have always been irregular since I had a damaging car accident 7 yrs ago, so not having a period for the last two months isnt a surprise. Dr wont see me without a "valid complaint" and wont see me without a positive test, even though they know my crazy history.... I have my yearly physical next week so I'm hoping they will do a blood test to find out.  

Its driving us crazy bc we want to know. Anyone else never get a positve?
