i need help getting my milk in! :(

i gave birth 3 days ago and my milk still hasn't come in... i can't breastfeed for today (doctor told me not to today for certain reasons) so he told me to pump every time she feeds. i just finished pumping and i still have colostrum leaking out, but not a lot (just some drops came out).

does that mean i still have a good chance that my milk will come in soon?

did some of you guys take a while for your milk to come in?

 i'm just so frustrated and disappointed because i really want to breastfeed as i know it's the most nutritious for the baby. right now we're supplementing with formula and it sucks
