Anyone have Irish Twins?!

So...I just had a baby on June 11, 2012.  He was 8 weeks premature and my pregnancy was not a walk in the park.  My son is doing amazingly well now.  I just found out I am pregnant again (and I'm freaking out)...definitely not planned and could have only happened ONE night.  (Guess that's all it takes, huh?)  I'm only about 5 weeks and my calculated due date is June 7, 2012.  Just wondering if there are any other moms out there that have Irish Twins that could offer advice.    TIA!
