Trying to dry up supply

I weaned down to one pump session about 3 weeks ago (I was only producing about 6 oz a day so it was time). About 10 days ago, I stopped completely and am trying to dry up my milk supply. Anyone have any luck speeding up the drying up process? My breasts are pretty sore and I did have to hand express once a couple days ago to get a very hard lump out but besides that, I've been walking around with saggy full uncomfortable breasts

Any tips would help. Thanks!
