Those with low milk supply...

How long are you planning on keeping up the pumping/supplementing process?  I'm not getting very much milk at all, but I've not tried the herbs rec to me just yet.  Baby boy is only 3 weeks old and I get a little less than an ounce at most pumpings (without nursing).  If I nurse and pump, I usually get around 10 ml tops.  I want my boy to get all the good antibodies, but I'm not sure how much longer I can be plugged up to this pump and get such little results.  Just curious what everyone else's plans are.
