Surprise its Twins after IUD and bc pills!!

In July I stopped breastfeeding my 18 month old and got my mirena iud removed because of discomfort and began taking ocella bc pills. Then had two periods a week apart in August so went to my obgyn and she did a mini ultrasound and said I had fibroids and wanted to do an indepth ultrasound so three weeks later did the big ultrasound and they said I was not only pregnant but, expecting TWins and was five weeks along. I was panicking for those three weeks thinking I had cancer or something else!!! Talk about a surprise! The funny thing was that right before I went in for the ultrasound I told my husband what if I'm just pregnant or worse what if its twins!! Since they run in my family. I guess it was Mother's intuition and I had a dream about having twin boys two days before.
