I've been trying to wean since August. Obviously it has been slow going. I have been nursing or pumping only to relieve fullness. I skipped a night feeding last night and went 12 hours without pumping the other day. My right breast hurts so much right now, even after trying to nurse. I am not engorged or even full but it hurts so bad. I can't even pick lo up and hold her on my right side. I've tried heating pad and warm shower but those didn't work. Popped 2 Tylenol, no help. Advice??
