How to treat thrush

What is the safest way to treat it? I am currently doing the grapefruit seed extract 12 times a day (as directed), wiping my nipples with vinegar after nursing, oral probiotics for me and LO, and wiping a probiotic mixture on my nips before bedtime. Am I supposed to wash my bras every time I wear them? Towels etc? Also I'm scared that dh will pass it all OV the place as a result of....sexy time kwim? He isn't being very open to even taking probiotics Garumph! my LO bites when we have thrush, epseixally at night. Is there anything in particular I can do about rish biting (other than cure the thrush?). I have been letting him chew on a blanket in between boobs or whoever he wants in case it makes his mouth feel better. I can't see any white spots in his mouth.
