Can babies refuse frozen bm?

I'm going back to work in 3 weeks and have started my freezer stash a few days ago. I'm getting nervous though. I keep thinking my little man is somehow going to refuse the milk once it's thawed out because it was once frozen. Call me paranoid.

Can this happen? What is the proper procedure on thawing bm?
