LilyPadz users.. (Sorry for PWing)

In theory I really like the Lilypadz.  But I'm finding that they don't really prevent leaking, they just contain it and maybe reduce it.    But since they're not absorbent, when I remove them I have to make sure to have a cloth underneath to catch the milk so I don't soak my clothing. 

Anyone else have same problem? Had it and fixed it? 

Am I just a weirdo?
