Thought this was a interesting question regarding her maternity leave.

  Do you think her short maternity leave bode ill for other working mothers?

Personally I think she's taking women a step back, unintentionally. I feel women don't have enough time home with their baby as it is, sometimes with little to no pay on their leave.

This is great if it works for her, but most women aren't ceo's of their company and cant adjust their schedules the way she can.  I just hope her actions don't set the tone for women in the workforce.
