Slow rising HCG levels...

I am 6 weeks pregnant today. Twice this week I had blood drawn and today I received the call that my hcg levels are not doubling... They have went up but not like they like to see. They scheduled me for an ultrasound tomorrow. I have no idea what to expect?!? They didn't tell me why they are concerned but in concerned because they said maybe you are only 4 weeks but I know for a fact I'm 6... Ugh tomorrow morning may be torture cuz the ultra sound tech isn't allowed to tell me anything. I just hope my doctor knows something before he leaves at 1 and leaves me hanging all weekend :
