If you've endured the 12-week growth spurt, come in!

So I'm thinking we're in the throes of the 12-week growth spurt now.  TBH, I haven't even noticed the 3- or 6- week growth spurts, but DS is also humungous (over 15 lbs as of a week ago, wearing 9 month and 12 month clothes) and nurses very often.  The past two days he has been resisting any and all forms of daytime sleep.  He is SO tired and will fall asleep on me for about two minutes before waking up and having a total freakout.  He is still getting over a cold, which isn't helping matters any, but I don't think that's really it.  He had horrible cold stuff going on over the weekend, and he seemed to deal with that by sleeping all day long.  Now, the opposite.  No sleep.  With a toddler running loose around here and me fighting a cold of my own, it's bizarro land.  DS has been nursing more frequently, but not for very long, and he's often pulling off/annoyed/etc.  So did your LO fight sleep during this growth spurt?  Tell me the end is nigh!
