Pumping to BFing

I am convinced that I am going backwards. I went from getting 3 oz per breast when I was EPing, to trying to BF and when I pump now I only get 4 oz total if I am lucky when I pump and give LO a bottle. I thought bfing was supposed to stimulate you to produce more, not less. This is insane. I'm going back to EPing if my body is gonna play that way!
