Anyone doing Essure or heard anything about it??

Hello.  I am thinking of doing Essure for birth control.  I just had my 4th baby and altough I could do this again, my age and blood pressure are telling me it's time to be done.  I am just wondering if anyone has done this??  Is it horribly uncomfortable?? Are you happy you don't have to think about bc again??  I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
