Question about bottle feeding breastmilk

For moms who pump and feed bottles to their lo do you find the 25 divided by the number of feedings to be an accurate way to figure out how much to put in each bottle?

I am leaving a Emmett for the first time tomorrow to go to the Dr and I have not given him a bottle since he was 4 weeks so I am hoping it works out. He will be at homme with my husband and there is plenty of milk in the freezers, but I just want to at least feel confident that I made the bottle the right size.
