Pedi vent

So, small thing to complain about, but had to take LO to the pedi yesterday. He had (has) a small irritation spot on his penis that I wiped blood off that was fresh, so I freaked the heck out, thinking he had like a baby uti or something. Turns out it was just irritation because DH and I wiped LO constantly, even when it is just pee. TG. Anyways, she gave me an ointment for it. NOT the vent though. 

The vent is, while I was sitting in the exam room waiting for her to come in and check LO, I was looking at the pamphlets on the wall. There was similac pamphlets and enfamil and all the major formula contenders, but not a single one advocating breast feeding. I have noticed the same is true with the other doctors I have seen in the clinic. So, does the military not advocate breastfeeding or what? I mean, I know that formula feeding is "easier", but come on now! UGH. Vent over.
