Need some advice re Miscarriage

Hello ladies -

We just got back from our first u/s where we found out that I have miscarried. I am supposed to be 9 weeks (100% sure) and I'm only measuring 7 weeks - no heartbeat. I have to decide whether I want to let things progress naturally, use medication to induce the miscarriage, or have a d&c.  I know that many of you have been through this before and was wondering if anyone had any advice or pros/cons of each option.  I am unsure which route we should take.  I'm pretty sure I don't want to just wait it out - that seems agonizing. Also, I'm not sure if we will try again right away or not, but I know that might be part of the decision.
