Good experiences with breastfeeding

Hi All,

 I am soon to be a FTM, due in 2.5 weeks. I am hitting the anxious phase in my pregnancy where I worry about everything. One thing that I am worrying about it breastfeeding. I really want to do it for at least a year. Unfortunately and understandably, a lot of what you read on these boards are people's negative experiences with breastfeeding. So I was hoping you ladies could humor me and offer up your positive experiences with BFing. I know it's going to be hard, and I'm trying to prepare myself for that. But I also know, going into it stressed isn't going to do me any good.

Also, and maybe this is a dumb question, but is there anything I can do prior to baby coming to prep for BFing?  Thanks in advance!
