My stomach hurts....

I've been having cramp pains when I stand... I am 17 wks along... No spotting or bleeding... but when I stand I hurt... when I walk around, it's not so bad.... I do get dizzy fast... but that isn't everyday... not sure if they go hand and hand... any advise would be good!!! I wont see my Dr. until the 17th of this month (Oct). I'm a stylist and I stand a lot and that is never a good thing when I hurt....Just wondering if anyone else is going through this or has gone through this and does it get better?
