pain underside of breast

Yesterday I started experiencing pain under my left breast. I was thinking a clogged duct but the pain sweeps all across the bottom. I have only worn comfy nursing bras or tanks. The right side hurts a little in the same area. It still hurts even after he nurses both sides. It is not red and there is no lump but it is painful to touch. Does this sound like clogged ducts??
