Really freaking out.

So I posted about having diarrhea and most people said nothing to worry about. WHEW!

Yesterday I started having spotting, brown in color. Diarrhea is still continuing (starting day 3) and the spotting as well (day 2). Everything I have read says to see your doctor right away if you notice spotting. However, I am in Kenya currently and don't have a doctor here. I'll be returning home in 3 weeks and can definitely get into see my doctor right away. Should I be scared enough to try to find a doctor here in Kenya?

I am having cramping, but I think that is on account of the diarrhea, but I can't be 100% sure it's not related to the spotting. The cramping isn't constant and usually happens to signal that I should use the bathroom (that is why I am assuming it's more diarrhea related).

 What exactly does a miscarriage look like, Will I know if I am having one?
