Is this mastisis?

I called the ob and am waiting for a call back but i think i have mastisis: fever flulike symptoms chills and my right breast has a red spot and is sore to the touch. Should i not be feeding Lo? Anyone else have this? Advice? Dh is working late tonight so i cant just sleep which is what i want to do i just feel so sick!
