How to BF without the Boppy!

LO is 12 weeks, so she's not huge...but I have the hardest time BFing while I'm out and about running errands without my Boppy or some kind of pillow.  Am I missing some secret technique?  Or is there a product out there that would help?! 

I feel like it shouldn't be that difficult, but I feel like it's a struggle for either of us to be comfortable and we both end up a sweaty, hot mess by the end!
