Eating- Quick, EASY and healthy meals

Hello All,

 I'm writing to get some good ideas on quick, easy and healthy meals.   I'm 10.5 weeks pregnant and I'm having a bit of a rough time with eating.   I have a large appetite but nothing sounds good.  Often when I begin to eat, it doesn't satisfy me.  Many of the foods that I used to eat regularly do not appeal at all to me now...

This is leading to me feeling hungry much of the time and frustrated!  Please help!
