No dating ultrasounds?

I'm just wondering if OBs are getting away from ultrasounds before the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. Just found out my office does not do them unless there is a concern... Which is fine, I was just hoping to get that peace of mind. I'm also curious because I'm with a large, worldrenowned health system and I have insurance so I'm wondering if they are just deeming it an unnecessary medical procedure.
