I think I may have a clogged duct? The inside of my right boob is really hurting, even gently touching it. Does that sound like a clogged duct? Having LO nurse this morning didn't help, and I am having to pump at work and that didn't seem to help. It feels like it is full of milk and just won't come out. Any ideas for relief? TIA
