Pump parts stored in fridge?

Hi- I read somewhere that I could store my pump parts in a refridgerator in between pumping instead of washing every single time since it's just like storing your breastmilk in there. It said to wash and sterilize at least once a day. Anyone done this? It would help me out tremendously when pumping at work. I am pumping 3X a day and it feels like that is all I am doing at work and I am not getting anything done for my job.
