OCD Babies?

Can babies have OCD? I think my LO might if it's possible. I mean, she was born on her due date of 7/11 with the weight of 7 lbs. 11 oz, at her 1 month checkup she had gained exactly 2 lbs and was 9 lbs. 11 oz, and then at her 2 month she has another 2 lbs exactly and so was 11 lbs. 11 oz. She has the routine down for bedtime and if I don't follow it she will not go to sleep. Or maybe she's a typical child with an affinity for the number 11. LOL
