Pumping while driving

I go back to work in a couple weeks and will have a 20 min drive to work. Pumping and driving appeals to me bc it would help me get out of the house easier.

But...is it legal? It kinda seems like distracted driving. And I have really tinted windows, but how do you keep yourself modest? I'm worried about the glances from other drivers at red lights
