It HURTS.

My boob HURTS. Ibuprofen helps it, and I've nursed 3 out of 4 times on it today.  I also pumped 3 times at work (15 ozs total).  On Sunday morning, I had a milk blister burst open (blood), and it was achy all day. The last 2 nights, it has hurt when I go to lay down on my tummy.  Now, today, my boob is very tender. My production on that boob is *slightly* down, but not by much. I don't think I have a clog, but maybe I do... or maybe it's something else? Any ideas here????
