1st Trimester

Gas pains?

October 2012 in 1st Trimester

I've had pain on and off all day (sometimes severe) in the top part of my stomach just below my sternum bone and above my belly button. It comes and goes and I've been able to temporarily relieve it by lying on my left side for a bit or walking around. No uterine cramping or bleeding so I'm thinking it's just gas pains. Any ideas?
