When is the c-section scheduled with Centra State Hospital in Freehold NJ

Hey Ladies

My due date is December 14,2012. I will be having my baby girl in Centra State Hospital in Freehold, NJ. For you ladies who have had c-sections(scheduled) when/how far in advance do they schedule your c-section??

I am currently 29 weeks, 30 weeks on Friday...i was hoping to schedule it soon!!!
