Small Subchorionic Hematoma??

Hi, 

I just got my 1st Ultrasound Results back and it says I have a Small Subchorionic Hematoma. Does anyone have experience with this?? I already called my doctor and they said its nothing to worry about, well I was asking Dr. Google while I was on hold and read it could increase Miscarriage?? I have not had any bleeding and if I have I have not noticed. I have my next appointment with my OB tomorrow so perfect timing but if anyone has any experience to ease my mind until then that would be awesome.
