1st Trimester

help fighting fatigue?

i'm in my 9th week and i'm so exhausted that often i can't even think straight. i nap when i can, do yoga 2-3x a week, and walk a lot. i have a cup of coffee only every 2 or 3 days. luckily, i haven't had trouble keeping a healthy diet.

does anyone have any suggestions for a good healthy boost--psychological or physical?
