How do I get her to sleep???

So I am reading everyone's post about nighttime routines and quit frankly I am not sure how you guys get it done. So my question is, how do I get my LO to sleep when she won't go to sleep? She usually wakes up from her last nap between 5-6pm....we feed her and change her, walk her and then bath her and she is still wide awake at that point and it is now usually 9/9:30pm. Any suggestions?
