What do I do? (Telling about pregnancy)

I was going to wait to tell my family about being pregnant until after my ob appointment next week but my four year old told my sisters when I was picking him up last week. He was kissing my belly and talking to the baby. My sister texted me yesterday and told me I need to tell my mom because she doesn't like hiding things from her. I really don't want to until after the appointment but I want to be the one to tell her. Do I do it Thursday when I am going to be there for dinner or wait and do it next week like I originally planned?
