Lifting Head During TT Question

For the past 4 or 5 days LO has not lifted her head during TT. Prior to that she would lift it from any direction and hold it there. Has her head maybe gone through a little growth spurt and it's heavier now, making it harder for her to lift? She will lift it when laying on my chest and can hold it steady and move it around when I sit her up very well. Has anyone else experienced this?
