I need help keeping the secret!

My hubby and I play volleyball once a week. Which was fine until I found out that I'm prego. Now I don't want to play because I'm scared of something happening. (We lost our last baby at 7 weeks 1 day.)   How do I get out of playing without telling my whole team or them thinking I'm just ditching them???

I'd like to wait at least a few more weeks before telling anyone since I'm only 7 weeks along today.
