And the thing looks huge! 

I was noticing the headrest in our Keyfit seemed like I should move it up a little.  Pulled out the manual and it said to take the newborn insert out at 11 pounds.  [well, it wasn't so nice about it, there was lots of bold and scary]. After a quick check of weighing myself with and without holding LO to estimate her at 11.25 I pulled it out of there.

and the seat looks sooooooo deep!  It looks enormous and I can't believe she's getting this big.  Goes so fast!
