Uterine Fibroids

I went for an ultrasound today (due to some light pink spotting) and they couldn't see the baby so well because of a big uterine fibrosis mass was in front of it.

The baby measured 5 weeks (FF estimated my ovulation on D 16, so I' m confused) and the doctor gave us a 50/50 that the baby will keep growing.

Anybody experienced uterine fibrosis?
