Daycare & Schedule

For those of you that have had LO in daycare, did you have them on a schedule (I use that term loosely) prior to going to DC or did DC pretty much create it for them?

I got back to work in 2 weeks and MIL and a friend will be watching DD. I don't know if I should be telling them what her schedule is (its still not very consistent) or basically leave it to them to create it over the next few months? 

I'm kind of a control freak and I hate that it may be developed by them and not me. I also worry about her not eating/sleeping well enough and having her be a monster by the time I get her after work or getting off track with STTN.
