I really need some ideas on quick and easy snacks and meals. I'm breastfeeding and I know I'm not getting nearly enough calories everyday. as ridiculous as it sounds, I tend to forget to eat. It feels like all I do is feed LO, change her, rush to answer work phone calls, then feed her again, change and repeat. Then the whole is gone. Yesterday all I had to eat for the entire day up until 7pm was a 90 calorie fiber one bar and a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. And lots of water. Then DH came home from work and we went to outback steakhouse and had a feast, lol.
So please tell me, what do you guys eat all day, and where do you find the time?
