Need help kinda scare ofr my baby

Hi this is my second preganacy. I misscarrige with the first. But yesterday  I went to the ER for lower back pain(Not that bad) But the doc told me that the baby hads no heartbeat and that there was blood around my sac. Can anyone tell me what that means? P.s Not spottin or heavy bleeding and am only 6 weeks and 1 day. "Nice answers plz" Because this is really hard for me.
