I am all sorts of excited this morning because after my work-out (high-five for working out, self!) I stepped on the scale and am only one pound away from pre-pg weight! And I'm also really proud of myself for biting the bullet and changing primary care physicians this morning. I have had horrible PCP experiences since I moved to Boston over 10 years ago, and I've switched four times (once because the doctor retired). I was just so annoyed and frustrated that I kept this last dude for way longer than I should have, and then I just felt weird switching. But I DID it today, and now I have a new PCP who seems to be exactly what I was looking for. I'm so excited!
What are you proud of yourself for doing today (or recently)?
